Enjoying this Friday tremendously! An early morning visit to the weekly ‘feria’, the local farmer’s market, followed by some picture editing. Now I’m resting on a comfortable lounge chair on the terrace, watching the clouds drift by!

At the market, I bought several Manzanas de Agua, which I had not seen before. This is an absolutely delicious and refreshing fruit. I diced one ‘water apple’ and mixed it with natural yogurt, a little goat milk, honey, and granola. Best breakfast ever – well, almost, I like maracuyas (passion fruit) even better ♡.

Tomorrow morning is qualifying for the F1 Grand Prix of Monaco, the race follows on Sunday morning. A great weekend to look forward to!
